What Devly does (and doesn't do) with your data.

Devly is a macOS developer utility app. We are committed to your privacy. This policy explains clearly what data Devly does and does not handle.
The short version: Devly does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

There are no third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, or analytics services embedded in Devly.
All tool processing happens entirely on your device. Text you enter into any tool (whether it's a JSON string, a password, a token, or any other input) is processed locally in memory and is never stored to disk beyond your current session, and never transmitted to any server.
When you close a tool or quit the app, any input you entered is gone.
The vast majority of Devly's tools operate with no network connection whatsoever. However, certain features that render external content (such as the Markdown Preview tool when your Markdown contains links to remote images or resources) may cause your device to fetch those external resources directly, as any web browser would when loading a page with external content.
In those cases, the request originates from your device to the external resource directly. Devly itself does not receive, log, or relay any of this traffic. No data passes through Devly's servers because Devly has no servers.
Devly is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Apple may collect certain information as part of the App Store purchase and download process, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. This is outside Devly's control and unrelated to the app itself.
Devly does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. As no data is collected at all, there is nothing age-specific to address.
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. We will not make changes that reduce your privacy protections without clear notice.
